2007 OCEAN
SPRAY ULTIMATE CRANBERRY RECIPE CONTEST |
Ocean Spray held its first cook-off on October 31 -
November 1 in New York, New York. "The contest, a challenge
to develop new culinary creations with, of course, cranberry
as the key ingredient, attracted more than 2,000 recipes,
including everything from festive cocktails and decadent
desserts to chutneys, salads and hearty stews." The actual
cooking was done at the De Gustibus Culinary Institute and a
reception was held at Rockefeller Center at the Ocean
Spray's "Big Apple Bog" with the awards ceremony following
at Brasserie Ruhlmann.
