The Cavit Gourmet Pizza Classic was held in New York, on
November 5, 2011. Home pizza chefs were asked to enter
their best original gourmet pizza recipe with a favorite
Cavit Collection wine pairing. CCC'er Lisa Speer won a
trip to Italy with her winning pizza.
